Speaker Registration

All speakers are required to upload a technical white paper and/or presentation.  You will receive registration instructions after your materials have been received.  The deadline to submit is March 1. 

Below is the registration compensation for the various types of sessions for the primary speaker only. Attendance at Deep Dives is NOT included in regular registration and therefore is an extra cost to all speakers. This registration will allow you to attend all sessions from all groups, IOUG, OAUG and Quest.

• Quick Tip - 50% Discount Off Regular Early-Bird Registration

If you are presenting a Quick Tip, you will be charged the appropriate amount of the registration fee.

Please note: you are responsible for your own travel and hotel expenses.

Housing Information

All speakers are responsible for their own housing and travel. Detailed information on how to reserve your housing can be found in your acceptance email. When making your hotel and travel arrangements, please note that new speakers are requested to attend the New Speaker Orientation Meeting on Sunday, April 10 from 3:15 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.
