The Independent Oracle Users Group (IOUG), the Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG) and Quest International Users Group (Quest) are once again joining forces to host COLLABORATE 10, Technology and Applications Forum for the Oracle Community. 

During COLLABORATE 10, each users group will have its own forum, including educational sessions, dedicated networking events and specific speakers. Joint events also will be hosted for each group to take part in.
