The IOUG relies on your participation to stay at its properties, and therefore, has negotiated room night discounts for all contracted hotels – Mandalay Bay - headquarters hotel, THEhotel, the Luxor or Excalibur (government only) – to facilitate you maximizing your travel budgets. The lowest room rate is only $105 a night!
Book your discounted room at one of the following hotels to enhance your experience and support the IOUG. Some benefits of staying in the COLLABORATE 10 block include proximity to events, networking opportunities, no travel time between locations, security of room reservations with onsite support and special amenities such as complimentary Internet, entry in prize drawings and waived resort fees*.

Online reservations: In order to receive the discounted rates and special IOUG Forum amenities, attendees must make their hotel reservations through the online reservation process provided in their registration confirmation. You must register for the conference prior to making your hotel reservation.
Telephone: Phone reservations will not be taken.
General Information:
- You will only be allowed to book one room at a time. If you would like to book more than one room, you will have to go through the process again.
- You will receive a housing acknowledgement within 24 hours.
- One night deposit will be charged to your credit card upon making your reservation.
- You may make changes to your reservation by contacting the hotel. The hotel information and phone number will be included in the housing confirmation.
- All housing reservations for COLLABORATE 10 will be made through each hotel’s housing system. Housing registration will be available October 7, 2009.

Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to guarantee your room reservation. To avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax charge, cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. In order to obtain the discounted rates, you must book before Friday, March 26, 2010.
Housing Warning
Fraudulent e-mails are being sent from non-affiliated organizations, portraying themselves as the official COLLABORATE 10 housing provider. Please note: They do not represent any official partners of COLLABORATE, and, you may encounter that rooms require full pre-payment, may be non-refundable and may be subject to steep change fees; and, room types may not be guaranteed. Finally, if you have issues at the conference, these companies will not be available onsite to assist you. You should book your hotel rooms only through the IOUG channels that are provided in your conference registration confirmation email.
