Registration Rates

There are several different registration options available to register for the COLLABORATE 11 – IOUG Forum. See the various rates below to determine the registration category that is right for you. Register by March 10, 2011 and save up to $400 USD!

IOUG members receive the greatest registration savings. Become an IOUG member to get the lowest possible price on COLLABORATE 11 registration – save more than $300 USD – and enjoy exclusive IOUG member benefits. Free IOUG Associate Members are not eligible for the member discount.

Guest Tickets

If you have guests coming to COLLABORATE 11, you can purchase separate event tickets for them to join you. COLLABORATE 11 is a professional event for education and networking. While we encourage you to bring guests to our social events, the Monday Night Welcome Reception and Tuesday Night Happy Hour are reserved for guests over the age of 21. Children may attend the Wednesday Night Party, though.

Recruit a New Attendee!

If you recruit a new attendee for COLLABORATE 11, you will receive a free IOUG membership. If you are a current IOUG member, your current membership will be extended for another year for free. Recruit colleagues or friends that are Oracle users to attend and enter their name and e-mail address in the recruit line when you register. Names can not be changed or added after your registration has been submitted. Please note that a new attendee is someone that has never attended IOUG events in the past or has not attended in the past two years.

IOUG Deep Dives

Deep-Dives, full-day training sessions on a particular topics, are scheduled for Sunday, April 10, 2011 before the official start of COLLABORATE 11. Space is limited and registration is on a first-come, first served basis. Rates are:

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by March 10, 2011 are eligible for a full refund less a $250 processing fee. Cancellations received between March 11, 2011 and March 25, 2011 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations received after March 25, 2011. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to ioug@showcare.com.
