Registration Rates
There are several different registration options available to register for the COLLABORATE 10 – IOUG Forum. See the various rates below to determine the registration category that is right for you. Register by April 8, 2010 and save $200 USD off the onsite rate!

IOUG members receive the greatest registration savings. Become an IOUG member to get the lowest possible price on COLLABORATE 10 registration – save more than $300 USD – and enjoy exclusive IOUG member benefits. Free IOUG Associate Members are not eligible for the member discount.

Daily Rates
Choose to attend one day of the conference to visit the Exhibitor Showcase and any educational sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
One-day Full Conference Rate    $775 USD
Two-day Full Conference Rate IOUG Members $995 USD
(you must attend consecutive days)  Non-Members $1,335 USD

Guest Tickets
If you have guests coming to COLLABORATE 10, you can purchase separate event tickets for them to join you. COLLABORATE 10 is a professional event for education and networking. While we encourage you to bring guests to our social events, it is not the appropriate environment for children. The Welcome Reception on Monday night and the Wednesday night event are not allowed for guests under the age of 21.

Recruit a New Attendee!
If you recruit a new attendee for COLLABORATE 10, you will receive a free IOUG membership.  If you are a current IOUG member, your current membership will be extended for another year for free. Recruit colleagues or friends that are Oracle users to attend and enter their name and e-mail address in the recruit line when you register. Names can not be changed or added after your registration has been submitted. Please note that a new attendee is someone that has never attended IOUG events in the past or has not attended in the past two years.

IOUG Deep-Dives
Deep-Dives, full-day training sessions on a particular topics, are scheduled for Sunday, April 18, 2010 before the official start of COLLABORATE 10. Space is limited and registration is on a first-come, first served basis.
Rates are:

  • IOUG Registrant: $230
  • Non-IOUG Registrant: $599

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by March 18, 2010 are eligible for a full refund less a $250 processing fee. Cancellations received between March 19, 2010 and April 1, 2010 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations received after April 1, 2010. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to ioug@showcare.com.
